SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF PRODUCTIVITY AND CONTENT OF MAGNETIC IRON IN BASE ORE CONVEYED FLOW OF ORE-DRESSING PLANT

A system for automatic control of productivity and content of magnetic iron in base ore conveyed flow of ore-dressing plant comprises a server with interface, power sources and interface transformer connected through network to concentrators of independent sections subsystems. The system has output units of conveying weighers of base ore of ore-dressing plant section and magnetic susceptibility inductive sensors of base ore, which outputs are connected to concentrator inlet, and visual displays of conveying capacity and magnetic iron content in base ore conveyed flow which inputs are connected to outputs of concentrators. The system is additionally provided with a unit for the determination of base ore total conveying capacity of ore-dressing plant sections and weighted average of magnetic iron content in conveyor flow, and with auxiliary network for displaying determined values on personal computers. Input of the unit for the determination of base ore total conveying capacity of section and weighted average of magnetic iron content therein is connected to server, and output thereof is connected to the auxiliary network.
