AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR CONTROL MAGNETIC IRON CONTENT IN CONVEYOR ORE STREAM

An automatic system for control of content of magnetic iron in conveyor ore stream comprises a server with an interface, a power supply, an interface converter, connected by a network to a concentrator, output units of conveyor scales installed at the entrance of two main primary mills of the section of ore-dressing factory, and inductive sensors of magnetic susceptibility whose outputs are connected to the concentartor input and electronic disolays of conveyor performance and magnetic iron content in conveyor ore stream, feeding the mills, whose inputs are connected to the concentrator outprt. Additionally, the system is equipped with a unit for determination of the total productivity of the conveyors and the average content of magnetic iron in the ore stream, and additional electronic display for certain values. Inpur of the unit for determination of the total productivity of the conveyors and the average content of magnetic iron is connected to the concentrator output, and its output - to the input of additional electronic display.
