METHOD OF REHABILITATION OF NON-PSYCHOTIC MENTAL DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH PANCREATITIS

The method of rehabilitation of non-psychotic mental disorders in the patients with pancreatitis comprises the sanitary and health improvement measures as well as the dietary and therapeutic and diagnostic measures. Therapeutic and diagnostic measures are provided sequentially in four stages. The first stage for 1-2 days provides for diagnosis based on psychometric scales, the phytotherapy sessions begin with taking a mixture of tinctures of valerian, hawthorn and motherwort thrice a day. At the second stage, the baseline pharmacotherapy starts with by taking antidepressant at the doses chosen on an individual basis. The antidepressant is selected individually from the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, serotonergic and melatoninergic substances. The third stage consists in the control assessment of the state of the patient using psychometric scales. Then the dose of the selected antidepressant is corrected. Finally, the antidepressant for prophylaxis is selected taking into account for long-term tolerability.
