The invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely, creation of new nanoscale nonporous reusable heterogeneous palladium catalysts with a "core-carbon shell-palladium" structure, a method of their synthesis and their use in cross-coupling reactions, in particular Heck, Negishi, Suzuki, Kumada, Sonogashira reactions, where they exhibit a high catalytic activity.
