The method for determining the effect of alimentary vitamin B1 deficiency on the distribution of miniature potential amplitude of endplate in the synapses of the diaphragmatic mouse muscle by creating a thiamine-deficient state, which is characterized by the fact that histograms of distribution of amplitudes of miniature end-plate potentials are compiled, with comparison, and by deviations from the norm the effect of alimentary vitamin Bdeficiency on functioning of the neuromuscular synapse is determined.
