SYSTEM TO CONTROL THE PROCESS OF ORE GRINDING IN DRUM MILLS

System to control the process of ore grinding in drum mills includes information sensors, which are placed on structural elements of the drum of the mill, as well as on its primary and secondary units and mechanisms. In doing so, the sensors are connected to the control unit, which is adapted to generate control commands to the drive units and actuators of drum mill and to the loading device for water and ore supply. The control unit comprises a signal processing unit and unit of optimization. In this signal processing unit comprises a normalization unit and smoothing unit and averaging over time unit. Optimization unit comprises a module for calculation of changes, differential and integral estimates of changes.
