The method of surgical treatment of tumors of the deep spaces of the maxillofacial area includes the use of the submandibular access in conjunction with the dissection of the lower lip of the osteotomy of the mandible in the anterior region, removal of bone fragment upward and outward to the establishment of access to the wing-jaw, infratemporal spaces, partial resection maxilla with internal access mouth and remove the tumor in the same block with resect the affected part of the jaw, followed by reduction and fixation of fragments of the lower jaw and the suturing of the surgical wound.
