Method of determining the efficiency of antihypertensive drug therapy of primary hypertension by clinical laboratory tests of cardio-vascular system. Additionally followed by definition of polymorphic marker gene AGTR2 PCR, performed by the statistical analysis of the data and the presence of genotype GG prescribed amlodipine 5 mg once daily in the morning, while genotype GA - valsartan 80 mg once daily in the morning, then every week for a month dynamics of subjective condition are to be estimated, blood pressure and heart rate of each patient are measured, and at the case of normalizing the pharmacotherapy is considered efficient.
