Method of treatment of retrobulbar neuritis

Method of treatment of retrobulbar neuritis involves the use of drugs. Complex treatment is provided, which comprises single parabulbar administering of betamethasone (diprospan) at a dose of 1 ml and pulsetherapy with methylprednisolone with dosing of 500 mg per 200 ml of saline intravenously for 5 days.
