METHOD FOR DETERMINING CONCENTRATION of electrons in ionosphere

A method for determining the electron concentration in ionosphere is that linearly polarized signal is emitted, with receiving the scattered signal with receiver connected to the antenna with linear polarization, and measuring the average signal power. Additionally, signal is received with a receiver connected to an antenna with linear polarization orthogonal to the first antenna, average signal strength is measured and electron density is calculated according to the formula.
