A multifunctional multigrade additive for gas and oil producing and oil-refining industries contains carboxylic acids, nitrogen-containing compounds, alkylphenols, methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of oils and fats, non-ionic surface active agent as base and hydrocarbon solvent. Wherein, Mannich base which is produced by condensation of DETA and/or TETA and/or PEPA with fatty acids of sylvic and/or rape-seed, and/or soya, and/or palm-pulp, and/or sunflower oil and/or oleic acid and nonylphenol and/or ditretbutilphenol using paraform is used as active substance of additive; and methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of rape-seed oil and/or methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of chicken fat are used as methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of oils and fats; and block-copolymer of ethylene oxides, propylene with polypropyleneglycol is used as non-ionic surface active agent. Mix of issoparaffin, naphthenic and aromatic hydrocarbons is used as solvent of additive (in particular, Mannich base which is produced by condensation of DETA and/or TETA and/or PEPA with fatty acids of sylvic and/or rape-seed, and/or soya, and/or palm-pulp, and/or sunflower oil and/or oleic acid and nonylphenol and/or ditretbutilphenol using paraform, methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of rape-seed oil and/or methyl/ethyl esters of fatty acids of chicken fat, block-copolymer of ethylene oxides, propylene with polypropyleneglycol and mix of issoparaffin, naphthenic and aromatic hydrocarbons).
