This invention relates to a fuel feeding device that enables hydrous bioethanol (95 pcnt alcohol) fuel to be used for spark-ignition engine in either pure or blended form as replacement for conventional gasoline fuel. By retrofitting the engine making the feeding of fuel by-pass the fuel tank and the carburetor, hydrous bioethanol can now be used as fuel in spark-ignition engines in lieu of gasoline.
