This invention integrates biochar production in poultry operation wherein the heat generated during the carbonization process is used to replace fossil-fueled heaters while the output biochar, together with the chicken manure, are used as ingredients in the production of organic fertilizer. The system makes use of the heat generated from the operation of a smokeless, continuous type rice husk carbonizer that is equipped with a detachable heat exchanger wherein the air inside the poultry house is pumped into it and blown back at high temperature. It can easily be integrated in existing modern poultry houses with fully automated heating and ventilating systems.
