The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin premix composition which exhibits good storage stability even if the resin premix composition contains a hydrocarbon-based foaming agent and a polyol that is obtained without a ring-opening polymerization reaction of a cyclic ether. A resin premix composition of the present invention contains at least a polyol and a hydrocarbon-based foaming agent, and is characterized in that the polyol contains a polyether ester polyol (A) that is obtained by reacting a polyether polyol, which is obtained by condensing a polyhydric alcohol that contains 50 pcnt by mole or more of a tri- or higher hydric alcohol, with a fatty acid and/or a fatty acid ester.
