phenolic extracts Mangifera indica Linn, preparation process and uses. # The invention contemplates phenolic extracts of Mangifera indica Linn, rich mangiferin and quercetin, green solvents obtained by high pressure. The preparation process comprises: a) a step of preparing raw material comprising drying operations, freezing and grinding, b) an extraction at high pressures with green solvents such as supercritical carbon dioxide and mixtures of water / alcohol in the absence of light and oxygen, c) a step of supercritical concentration column, d) evaporation of the solvent under vacuum or nitrogen. The use of the extracts is also contemplated with antioxidant activity and mangiferin and quercetin content, for cosmetic and / or alimentary use.
