The platform comprises a computer that stores DPO liquid, a supply equipment DP solid state mixing equipment where both components are mixed in liquid state and in the appropriate amount to form a eutectic mixture, and a computer inerting and maintaining gas treatment equipment DPO and mixing under an inert atmosphere and left with vents from both sides to make them pass through a carbon filter before expelling to atmosphere. The present invention also relates to the process for the production of the eutectic mixture of DP and DPO using portable platform mixture described.
