Equipment for simultaneous diagnosis and real-time production and environmental performance of an industrial machine, consisting of a data collectors (1, 2, 3) wireless nodes, for measuring data of the industrial machine and comprising a node event collector production (1) which it is operated manually by the operator of the industrial machine and recording data downtime of the industrial machine, a counter first node pieces (2) which measures the number of correct parts produced by the industrial machine, a second counter node pieces (3) which measures the number of defective parts produced by the industrial machine, and a receiving node data (4) receiving the data measured by the data collectors wireless nodes (1, 2 , 3) and sends them to a data processing equipment (5) processing the measured data to determine the productive and environmental efficiency of the industrial machine.
