It also relates to an optical sensor containing said supercristales plasmonic metal nanoparticles with links and using said sensor for the continuous monitoring of an analyte to be detected. The optical sensor may be direct or indirect and reversible. # With the optical sensor the degradation problem is solved in the interface detection during continuous monitoring because pyramidal nanostructured surfaces require very low power, of the order of 1 {my W} to detect and quantify the presence of an analyte by SERS.
