The panel (10) has an outer surface (12) exposed with the bad weather, and an interior surface (14) formed opposite to the outer surface. Edges (16a, 16c) connect the outer and interior surfaces. A groove (162) in the interior surface receives a junction device (20) that assembles the panel to another roof panel. The junction device forms a throat (22), and the groove is uniformly tilted relative to the outer surface. External parts (16aa, 16ca) and interior parts (16ab, 16cb) extend between the groove and outer surface and between the groove and the interior surface, respectively. An independent claim is also included for an assembly comprising a roof panel.
