An optical system (1) to provide destructive interference on a shaft (2) of light received from an object (3) along a predetermined axis of the optical system (4) comprising: an optical receiving structure and guide means (6) for receiving and guiding at least three beams (7) of the light received from said object (3), the optical structure receiving and guiding means (6) is arranged to provide a relative optical path difference between the least three beams (7); and an optical combining structure (9) for combining at least three beams (7), wherein the optical system (1) further comprises a ready optical structure polarization variation (10) between the optical receiving structure and guiding means (6) and the optical combining structure (9), and is constructed to vary a state of polarization of beams (7) with respect to each other to have a state of mutually different polarization with the aim of providing destructive interference on a shaft (2).
