A pressure-difference boost-type energy recycling apparatus based on a reverse osmosis system comprises: a two-position four-way solenoid valve (3), a first hydraulic cylinder (1), and a second hydraulic cylinder (2). The first hydraulic cylinder (1) has a piston and a piston rod (11) of the first hydraulic cylinder (1), and the second hydraulic cylinder (2) has a piston and a piston rod (21) of the second hydraulic cylinder (2). A first flow-distribution one-way valve (4) has an outlet connected to a rod cavity (A1) of the first hydraulic cylinder (1) and an inlet connected to a low-pressure material port inlet (P1), a second flow-distribution one-way valve (6) has an outlet connected to a rod cavity of the second hydraulic cylinder (2) and an inlet connected to the low-pressure material port inlet (P1), a third flow-distribution one-way valve (5) has an inlet connected to the rod cavity (A1) of the first hydraulic cylinder (1) and an outlet connected to a high-pressure material discharge port (P4), and a fourth flow-distribution one-way valve (7) has an inlet connected to the rod cavity of the second hydraulic cylinder (2) and an outlet connected to the high-pressure material discharge port (P4). A first port (33) of the two-position four-way solenoid valve (3) is connected to a rodless cavity (A2) of the first hydraulic cylinder (1), a second port (34) is connected to a rodless cavity (B2) of the second hydraulic cylinder (2), a third port (31) is connected to a high-pressure condensed water inlet (P3), and a fourth port (32) is connected to a low-pressure condensed water discharge port (P2).
