A novel LNG re-gasifying method is also described. The electric power is generated in the Power Generation Vessel 1 which is transferred 20 via the Main Power Transfer Cable 4 to the Propulsion Pod 2 that which is fixed to the Vessel 3 to enable it to be propelled independently of its own propulsion system, thereby reducing the consumption of its primary fuel source. The Propulsion Pod 2 can be attached to the sides of the Vessel 3 or to the stern of the 25 Vessel 3.
