A method for preparing nano metal/metal oxide loaded molecular sieve catalyst. A nonpolar organic solvent is used as a continuous phase, and a water solution of metal salt and a water-soluble organic carbon source is used as a dispersed phase; and a surfactant is added to form a water-in-oil type micro emulsion system, so as to continually accelerate carbonization of the organic carbon source through azeotropic distilled water removing at a high temperature to obtain carbon-covered metal oxide nano particles with a uniform size and a nuclear shell structure; the carbon-covered metal oxide nano particles washed by using an organic solvent and water are dispersed in a molecular sieve precursor mixed solution, the molecular sieve on which carbon-covered metal oxide nano particles are uniformly distributed are obtained by using a hydrothermal synthesis; and calcination is performed, or reduction is performed after calcination to obtain a nano metal/alloy loaded molecular sieve catalyst.
