Provided is a meal-information provision method capable of shortening the time it takes to determine meals for a prescribed number of days, when providing meal information pertaining to each meal for a prescribed number of days. This meal-information provision method involves: obtaining meal information for each meal for a prescribed number of days from a meal-information database; providing a user with each item of obtained meal information; receiving, from the user, the selection of one or more items of meal information from among the meal information provided to the user; when unselected meal information is present among the meal information provided to the user, obtaining other meal information from the meal-information database to provide in place of the unselected meal information, on the basis of conditions determined on the basis of the selected meal information; and providing the obtained other meal information to the user.
