The invention relates to an anti-loosening device for a first element (1) associated, by screwing, with a second element (2) secured to a bearing surface (18) surrounding the first element when same is in place, said anti-loosening device comprising a body (8) for attaching, to the first element, a first end of at least one elastic locking wing (13) designed to rest on the bearing surface (18), in such a way as to slide on the bearing surface when the first element is manoeuvered in a screwing direction, and to press against the bearing surface when the first element (1) is manoeuvered in an unscrewing direction.
