This application describes methods and uses of preventing, treating or reducing the risk of recurrence of a hepatitis C virus infection in a subject after the subject has received a liver transplant. Disclosed herein are methods and uses of preventing or reducing the risk of recurrence of a hepatitis C virus infection in a subject after the subject has received a liver transplant, the methods and uses comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of Compound 1. Also disclosed are methods and uses of reducing HCV RNA levels to about 25 IU/mL or lower in a subject having received a liver transplant comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of Compound 1.
