The present invention concerns an irrigator device (1) for vaginal or anal lavages which comprises: - a hollow body (2), having an elongated shape, said hollow body (2) presenting a first end (21) and a second end (22), opposite to said first end (21), as well as a side wall (23), and - a connecting element (3), shaped for allowing said irrigator device (1) to be coupled to a dispensing device (E) for the supply of a liquid or of a liquid solution or to a flexible tube (T) for allowing the passage of a liquid or of a liquid solution from a dispensing device (E) to said irrigator device (1). Said first end (21) is provided with at least a first hole (21A) and said side wall (23) is provided with a plurality of second holes (23A), in such a way that, when said irrigator device (1) is in use, said first hole (21A) and said second holes (23A) allow a quantity of said liquid or of said liquid solution to come out from said irrigator device (1) according to at least an axial direction and a plurality of radial directions.
