The present invention relates to a cerclage rope for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty to be used in mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty for a patient with mitral regurgitation, and more specifically, to a cerclage rope for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty inserted into a tissue protection device for protecting the coronary artery and vein, the tricuspid valve and the surrounding tissue thereof in mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty to finally have the required suitable tension, and durability and pushability. The cerclage rope for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty of the present invention comprises: a stainless steel wire (12) therein; and a coating portion (14) coated with a biocompatible nylon, formed on the outer surface of the wire.
