The invention relates to a machine for cleaning synthetic grass sports surfaces such as those used for paddle, tennis, football, rugby, golf, baseball etc. Said machine comprises at least one compressor for generating compressed air, a dosing nozzle (5) coupled to the compressor, and wheels (6) allowing the machine to be slid over the track. Compressed air is transmitted through the dosing nozzle (5) to the synthetic grass in order to separate it and to be able to remove the filler material from the inside thereof in order to replace it with new filler material during operations for maintaining the sports surface.
