Disclosed is a heat-source tower heat pump device implementing high efficiency use of regenerated heat based on air, comprising a refrigerant loop, a solution loop, an air loop and a cold/hot water loop. The heat-source tower heat pump device fully uses the heat emitted by cooling of a superheated refrigerant, and, based on closed circulation of air, prepares hot water for heating at the same time as implementing solution regeneration, achieving high efficiency regeneration of solution for a heat-source tower heat pump system. The heat-source tower heat pump device has improved reliability in any type of working condition and achieves highly efficient operation of the whole system.
