The object of the invention is 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline derivative of structure represented by formula I, wherein R₁is selected from the group consisting of H, COOEt, COOH, COOBn; R₂ is selected from the group consisting of H, COOEt, COOH, COOBn; R₃is selected from the group consisting of OH, OBn; R₄is selected from the group consisting of OH, H, OBn; R_sis selected from the group consisting of OH, OBn; and isomers, salts, hydrates and solvates thereof, as well as the method of preparation thereof; pharmaceutical composition comprising the above mentioned derivative and use thereof.
