The invention relates to a method for generating a sectional image (342) of an object to be captured using a magnetic resonance tomography device. The method has a step of detecting a series of projections (330, 332, 334, 336, 338) of the object to be captured using a balanced SSFP pulse sequence with a dynamic RF phase cycle, a step of combining the series of projections (330, 332, 334, 336, 338) in the k-space (340), and a step of applying (224) a reconstruction to the k-space (340) in order to obtain a sectional image (342) of the object to be captured as a function of the series of projections (330, 332, 334, 336, 338). In the process, the phase cycle (Δθ1..., Δθn) is different for each of the projections (330, 332, 334, 336, 338), and the series of projections (330, 332, 334, 336, 338) overlap in the center of the k-space (340).
