One of the last stage output heads of the first set of reducers (3) is selected to be equipped with a detachable high-speed processing attachment or a detachable low-speed processing attachment, wherein the high-speed processing attachment comprises a drive shaft (17) detachably connected to the last stage output heads of the first set of reducers (3), a high-speed processing cutter being connected to the drive shaft (17), and the low speed processing attachment comprises a second set of reducers (10) detachably connected to the last stage output heads of the first set of reducers (3), a low-speed processing cutter being connected to the output shaft of the second set of reducers (10).
