The present invention relates to a method for preparing a phosphate alternative coffee creamer and a phosphate alternative coffee creamer prepared thereby, the method comprising: (a first step) a sterilization step of sterilizing raw milk or skim milk; (a second step) a cooling step of cooling the sterilized milk of the first step; (a third step) a vacuum concentration step of preheating and vacuum concentrating the cooled milk of the second step; (a fourth step) a mixing and homogenization step of mixing and homogenizing the concentrated milk of the third step, a buffer solution and coffee creamer materials at atmospheric pressure or in a vacuum; and (a fifth step) a drying step of drying the homogenized mixture of the fourth step.
