An information terminal (100) is provided with a display device (20), a position detection unit (30) for detecting the position of a portion subject to the presentation of a sense of tactile force, an information processing unit (40) for changing details of content in correspondence with the detected position and calculating the sense of tactile force on the basis of the changed details, and a sense of tactile force presentation device (10). The sense of tactile force presentation device (10) is provided with a fitting member (13) having an operation input unit (17), a conveyance member (12) for conveying a force in the pulling direction via the fitting member (13), a drive unit (11) for imparting the force in pulling direction to the conveyance member (12), and a control unit (14) for presenting a sense of tactile force by increasing or reducing an initial force applied by the drive unit (11) and outputting, upon input of an operation from the operation input unit (17) by a user, a signal to the information processing unit (40) in accordance therewith. The information processing unit (40) changes details of content in accordance with the signal from the control unit (14).
