Provided are a production method having (1) a step for melt mixing all or a portion of a polyolefin resin, an organic peroxide compound, an inorganic filler containing a metal hydrate and a metal carbonate, and a silane coupling agent, at a temperature at or above the decomposition temperature of the organic peroxide compound, to prepare a silane masterbatch, and (3) a step for mixing the silane masterbatch and a silanol condensation catalyst or masterbatch catalyst; a heat-resistant silane cross-linked resin molded article and a heat-resistant silane cross-linking resin composition produced by the same; a silane masterbatch; and a heat-resistant product.
