The present invention relates to a helmet for shooting a multi-angle image and a shooting method therefor. The helmet comprises: a helmet unit including at least one camera mounting part; a camera unit mounted on the camera mounting part to take an external image; an encoding unit for encoding the image taken by the camera unit; a communication unit for transmitting device information of the helmet to a server and receiving a control signal and synchronization information transmitted when the server determines that the helmet is included in a preset shooting group; a synchronization unit for generating marking information by performing a marking operation according to a predetermined cycle on the basis of the received synchronization information; and a transmission unit for performing a control operation to transmit the encoded image and the marking information to the server through the communication unit, thereby providing a smoothly synchronized multi-angle image service.
