The present subject matter relates to a sealing device of the type of a stopper, made of a flexible material such as rubber, silicones, plastics and similar materials, for closing and sealing ampule vials and other containers, and to the use thereof in human and veterinary medicine hospital equipment. It is designed in such a way that its flexible, specific and suitable material allows diluting, injecting and withdrawing medicines, substances, solutions, fluids or biological materials without releasing particles or fragments when the practitioner inserts the needle in order to collect the content, preventing all types of contamination and the injection of particles together with the substance being used.
