[Problem] To provide a metal pipe bending device that can carry out small diameter bending of 180˚ on a metal pipe even if the length of a straight pipe portion after bending is long. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a clamp body that grips a straight metal pipe; a bending arm that grips the metal pipe forward of the location where the clamp body clamps and forward of a location where bending is carried out, and is turnable about a rotation axis positioned at one lateral part side in relation to the metal pipe; a heating means for heating the bending location; a supporting means that is disposed below the metal pipe and that moveably supports the clamp body in the metal pipe axial direction; and a moving means that is disposed in a region below the metal pipe and on the lateral part side opposite the rotation axis, and moves the clamp body.
