EASILY-ELECTROPLATED ELECTROPLATING PC/ABS ALLOY MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

An easily-electroplated electroplating PC/ABS alloy material and a method for preparing same. The alloy material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of a PC resin, 15-65 parts of an ABS resin, 5-10 parts of a PEO resin, 0.1-1 part of an antioxidant, and 0.1-1 part of a lubricant. During the preparation process, adding the PC resin, the ABS resin, the PEO resin, the antioxidant and the lubricant into a mixing agitator for mixing; and blending and granulating the resulting mixture through a twin-screw extruder to produce an easily-electroplated electroplating PC/ABS alloy material. The method is simple and feasible; the PC/ABS surface is hydrophilic due to the existence of the PEO resin, and the coarsening liquid infiltrates the surface more easily during the processes of electroplating and coarsening, and as a result the coarsening is easier; the binding force between the hydrophilic groups of a PEO surface and the metal is high; besides the physical combination, a chemical bond combination also exists, and by means of these two aspects, the electroplating effect of the PC/ABS alloy material is enhanced.
