The present invention describes a method for obtaining a plastic composite based on fibrous plant material, comprising the following steps: triturating the fibrous plant material to produce particles; drying the particles by heating them; blending the particles with plastics and coupling, slip and colouring additives; extruding the mixture in an extruder having heating zones, degassing stages and cooling zones. The application further describes the plastic composite produced by this method and the equipment for extruding said composite.
