A laser therapy device comprises: a laser generator for generating a laser having at least one pulse; a refrigerant gas generator for generating refrigerant gas; a connection unit comprising an optical fiber through which the laser moves, a tube through which the refrigerant gas moves, and an electric wire for inputting and outputting a control signal; a hand piece which is connected with one side of the connection unit, irradiates a particular area of body skin with the laser, and sprays the refrigerant gas onto the particular area; and a control unit for transmitting the control signal to at least one among the laser generator, the refrigerant gas generator, and the hand piece, wherein the hand piece comprises: a laser irradiator for irradiating the particular area with the laser through at least one lens; a valve for adjusting the refrigerant gas sprayed onto the particular area in accordance with the pulse; and a bubble sensor for sensing bubbles in the tube.
