A sustainable circular track line network, including: taking a turning crossroad covered with a multi-cross site as the core or a key node of a circular line/network; designing a circular route to reduce red lights and optimize the scheduling, equalizing and enhancing the density of traffic flow, and collecting, distributing and expanding the coverage area in diversity, so that the separation-reunion intercommunication recombination can be met during the operation of a train, the passengers can change lines with the train or transfer conveniently, and at the same time the construction and operation costs of the track line wire are reduced. The turning crossroad is at least one three-crossroad with bidirectional and dual-line integration and includes at least one group of at least tri-directional turning tracks, with the turning track turning to be an outgoing line with a bidirectional port at a small turning side by at least three return lines with bidirectional ports successively to form a circle.
