TOTAL-WEIGHT DETECTION-BASED METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREOF FOR ON-LINE MEASURING AND CONTROLLING MOISTURE IN CIRCULATION DRYING OF GRAIN

A total-weight detection-based method and system thereof for on-line measuring and controlling a moisture in circulation drying of grain. In the method, by detecting a real-time weight of grain in a drying machine and calculating a real-time average moisture of the grain, process control on circulation drying operations is implemented. The method comprises the steps: operation initialization, detection of a tare weight, grain loading and detection of an initial total weight W₀, starting of circulation drying operations, monitoring of a circulation drying process and control of a circulation drying process. A total-weight detection-based system for on-line measuring and controlling a moisture in circulation drying of grain according the method comprises a drier main body (1), an induced draft fan (3), a fed/discharged grain elevator (5), and a weighing sensor group (6). The weighing sensor group (6) is disposed below the drier main body (1), and is used for detecting an initial total weight W₀, a tare weight W_b and a real-time total weight W_i when an object to be dried is load into the drier. The system can accurately measure a weight in a case in which the working of a drying agent is not stopped, and is applicable to circulation drying of crops such as corn, rice and wheat.
