摘要

PURPOSE: To restrain energy cost and effect efficient drying control by a method wherein the temperature, amount and dew point of hot air are controlled while measuring the rate of moisture of granular body, sampled at two or more upper and lower points of a granular material layer in a drying process station, by an analyzing method through Karl Fisher reaction. ;CONSTITUTION: Sampling transporting means 2, 3 sample granular material at two or more upper and lower points of a material layer reserved in a drying process station A. The weight and moisture content of the granular material, sampled by the sampling transporting means 2, 3, are measured in a moisture measuring station S by the analyzing method through Karl Fischer reaction. Then, a drying device 4 is controlled to regulate the temperature, amount and dew point of hot air supplied to the drying process station and retain the rate of moisture of the granular material at a predetermined value. Thus, wasteful heating is not effected and efficient control of drying, in which the change of seasons and the initial moisture value of the granular material are considered, can be effected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
