A connecting structure between a trampoline bed and a frame, the connecting structure comprising an elastic piece (5A) connected to the trampoline frame, and a connecting piece (6A) connected to the edge of the trampoline bed (2); the elastic piece (5A) is provided with a positioning part (51A), and a holding part (61A) is correspondingly provided on the connecting piece (6A) in locations matching the positioning parts (51A); and the elastic piece (5A) is connected to the holding part (61A) on the connecting piece (6A) by the positioning part (51A). Also disclosed is a trampoline using the connecting structure.
