A connecting structure between a jumping mat (2) and a frame (1) in a trampoline, comprises an elastic element (5A) connected to the frame (1), the elastic element having at least one positioning element (51 A); and a connecting element (6A) connected to the jumping mat (2), the connecting element (6A) having at least one limiting element (61A) for engaging one of the plurality of positioning elements (51A) and thus connecting the elastic element (5A) to the connecting element (6A). A trampoline using the connecting structure is also disclosed.
