A touch liquid crystal display (LCD) array substrate, comprising a plurality of pixel units (3) defined by gate lines (21) and data lines (22), with a thin film transistor (30) and pixel electrode (31) being formed within each pixel unit (3); a common electrode line (24) is disposed adjacent to and in parallel with each gate line (21); the array substrate further comprises: a touch control circuit unit for touch positioning, the touch control circuit unit comprising touch control transmitting lines (24) and touch control sensing lines (23) mutually crossing, and light sensing units (12) disposed at the crossings and respectively connected to the touch control transmitting lines (24) and the touch control sensing lines (23); the touch control transmitting lines (24) are common electrode lines (24) and the touch control sensing lines (23) are parallel to the data lines (22). Also disclosed is a touch LCD employing the array substrate. The array substrate can improve sensitivity of touch positioning, reduce power consumption of the touch display and increase the good product rate.
