A method for stably and fluorescently marking oral squamous cell carcinoma living cells. The method uses a fluorescence-coupled nimotuzumab monoclonal antibody to stably mark in vitro and in vivo the oral squamous cell carcinoma living cells, which can non-intrusively and repeatedly carry out qualitative or quantitative visual observation and research on molecular events that participate in an oral squamous cell carcinoma pathological process in vitro and in vivo. Relative to a traditional imaging technology, the method can detect an image change at an earlier stage of oral squamous cell carcinoma where histocyte just changes at a molecular level, has many advantages such as higher sensitivity, higher temporal resolution, simplicity and efficiency, low cost, relatively high throughput, non-ionizing radiation and the like. Compared with PET-CT checkup that has been used clinically, the method has no radiation and is economical and convenient.
