A device applied to coordination control over an SVG and an APF comprises an industrial personal computer. The industrial personal computer is connected with a three-phase voltage collecting device and a three-phase current collecting device through a PCI slot respectively; the three-phase current collecting device is connected to a power grid through a voltage regulating circuit and a PT in sequence; the three-phase current collecting device is connected to the power grid through a current regulating circuit and a CT in sequence; the industrial personal computer is connected with the SVG and the APF. The device applied to coordination control over an SVG and an APF can be used for performing coordination control over various DFACTS devices such as the SVG and the APF, the problem of function matching of various DFACTS devices can be effectively solved, the working performance of each device is improved, and a comprehensive compensation effect on the electric power quality problems such as instantaneous voltage interruption, harmonic voltage and current, voltage fluctuation and flickering, and voltage unbalance is improved.
